Best fine dining in Pullman. The house made bacon should be experienced in person and then purchased in bulk as gifts for those you truly care about.

Simple done perfectly. Amazing bar, service and attention to detail. Best in show.

Lamb chops were delicious, a ton of flavor. I ordered the Milk & Honey bourbon drink, off menu, really smooth, never had that before. My wife had the ribeye, and it was super tender and cooked just right. Service was relaxed, so I wouldn't recommend going here if you are in a hurry..

Went to Black Cypress last week for the Valentine's Day coursed menu and was absolutely blown away by everything, even as someone who works in the food industry. Each course was very carefully thought out, beautifully plated, and so tasty. The menu was the perfect range of subtle to bold flavors. The wine pairings were on point. The courses were timed out perfectly allowing my date and I to savor each one, and enjoy each other's company in between. I highly commend Black Cypress for creating the environment they have to make sure each guest is treated so well, and I always look forward to my visits there. Keep it up!

Why three stars? Well I have been to black cypress twice now. The first time was 5 star all the way. I had the cabanaro and tried the lamb. It was to die for. The second time was 1 star. My lamb was raw and I took my mother. She liked her food only because she didn't want me to feel bad. They made me look like a fool. But see for yourself, it has a great vibe, great food (usually, I'm hoping it was a fluke) and friendly servers.

Great food, great service and comfortable atmosphere!

We had Luke as our server tonight for our first time in the restaurant. He was extremely sweet and caring and helped us find suitable replacements for sides since I have food allergies. I had the lamb chops which were absolutely delicious. My husband had the chicken and he absolutely loved it. Props to the bartenders as well, the cocktails are delicious. We’re happy to have decided to come in tonight!

This is my go to local nice restaurant. The food is always perfect. The staff and service is always on point and perfect. I've gone many many times and I have never had a complaint. The one time I did have something come to my table incorrectly was due to my own ignorance as I had ordered it incorrectly. Best restaurant in the area in my opinion.

Fantastic. If you're in Pullman or Moscow and looking for something better than bar food, this has to be one of your stops. The food is always sublime, cocktails are great, service is excellent.

In town for business trip, found this gem and it was fantastic. Super friendly staff, had the skewer appetizer and their halibut stew served with Jasmine rice. It was a ridiculously delicious dinner!

Wow! Great food. Great service. What a fine restaurant in downtown Pullman.We had the delicious appetizer special of Halibut Bites, followed by dinner. The Ribeye Steak was wonderful! Grilled perfectly. The Pork ragù speghetti special was so good.And we were so pleasantly full after that that we chose to not try any dessert.Parking available on street on in the lot off of Paradise.

A treat every visit. The food is fantastic for the area. I love the smell of smoked bacon that often meets you as you walk into the restaurant. The drinks and desserts are even better. The service is great.

The Black Cypress is by far my favorite restaurant, ever. This is definitely the best food in Pullman or Moscow. We've been coming here since 2012 when we lived in Pullman, and now we make a two hour drive at least once a year to come back for birthdays or anniversaries. The food is simple but interesting. The atmosphere is great and you feel like you could stay all night. Some of the smaller tables are really close together which can be awkward. We usually request a different table when making reservations.

Anytime we get a chance to get out, this is one of our top picks to go. The food is great, the drinks are well made, and it is a comfortable environment. If you ever sit at the bar and watch the bartenders, they actually sit there and taste the drinks and check the expirations and watch their pours. Plus you can not beat the smell of the bacon.

Best Ribeye I have ever had, was actually cooked perfect medium rare and flavorful to the last bite. The server was amazing she even ran us out our leftovers we left on the table. Great atmosphere, food was excellent. 10 stars if Google would let me.

Everything was spot on, specially the dessert absolutely delicious. Service efficient, friendly, not too aggressive. The only minus for me is that my medium rare lamb chops were not all medium rare, the outer pieces were slightly over cooked.

A maid at a hotel we were staying at recommended Black Cypress to us and it did not disappoint. Service was top bar and so was the food. Definitely will try this place again.

Great food and the host was very accommodating. We did not have a reservation and even though they were very busy, they were able to get us a table in a timely manner. Staff was great and catered to our needs. Highly recommend.

This place is great. It is more expensive (especially for Pullman) but you get what you pay for. The food is tasty, great ambiance and location, and if you're a cocktail connoisseur, well, this is a great place for a drink. I highly recommend it.

Good food great environment

Food was awesome and the service was excellent. We had 10 people in our party and we were treated so well we felt we were the only ones there. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a night with great food.

This restaurant is amazing. The staff here genuinely cares about every detail of your dining experience and work very hard to make it a good one. It is worth every penny, and the timing of service is immaculate. Every dish we had from appetizers to dessert was remarkable and delicious. I will definitely be coming back.

Excellent servers, and some of the best food I’ve ever had. My partner and I always go for fancy occasions and it’s always a great treat. I haven’t ever had a bad experience there, and you definitely get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

Seems like one of the best games in town, but could improve. Awesome vibe for a restaurant. Cesar salad was very good. Scallop special was just ok. Bacon is a very overpowering ingredient to add that makes the dish heavier than I feel it should be. Server forgot to ring in order, but was very apologetic. Still sucked that it happened.

BC is always first rate , impeccable service, awesome fresh food the Lamb chops are so good and roast chicken with panzanella salad is to die for . The wait staff is wonderful and the bartenders mixologist extraordinaire watching them work there magic makes sitting at bar worth your while. You wouldn't believe there's a restaurant this great in Pullman until you try it !!
